Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of smushy.shop (the “Site”) and to any purchase you make from Smushy (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Orders and prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT at 20%. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock or was listed at an obviously incorrect price.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Some items ship from our suppliers’ warehouses and may arrive in separate parcels.

Returns and cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Contact us at hello@smushy.shop to start a return. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. We refund the item price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the return. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.

Social media and third-party services

We use third-party platforms, including TikTok, to publish content about our products on our own accounts. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, such as the TikTok Terms of Service. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Content and acceptable use

All text, images and branding on the Site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You must not misuse the Site, attempt to access it without authorisation, or interfere with its operation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
